(“Baazi247 Sports”) provides the Baazi247 Sports Fantasy Platform (the “Baazi247 Sports Platform”) to you (“you” or “your”), subject to the following Baazi247 Sports Terms of Use (“Baazi247 TOS”), which may be updated by Baazi247 Sports from time to time without prior notice to you. It is important for you to refer to the Baazi247 TOS periodically to ensure that you are aware of any additions, revisions, or modifications that may have been made. You can review the most current version of the Baazi247 TOS at any time on our website. Your use of the Baazi247 Sports Platform signifies your acceptance of the Baazi247 TOS. In addition, your use of the Baazi247 Sports Platform also constitutes your acceptance of the Official Rules of any contests conducted by Baazi247 Sports (unless you are ineligible, the contest is not conducted, or you choose to opt out), which are incorporated into the Baazi247 TOS.

•  “Baazi247 Sports Website” refers to the website located at the domain “www.baazi247sports.com” or other domains as determined solely by Baazi247 Sports.
• “Baazi247 Sports Content” encompasses all proprietary images, technology, applications, artwork, text, information, trademarks, service marks, data, knowledge, or other materials provided to you as part of the Baazi247 Sports Platform.
• “Registered Player” denotes an individual who has successfully completed the registration process, obtained a User Identification (“ID”), and has been assigned a corresponding password (“Password”) on the Baazi247 Sports Website.

• During the Term, Baazi247 Sports grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial, non-exclusive, limited, revocable license to access and use the Baazi247 Sports fantasy platform, including its content (where applicable) in executable or object code form. This license does not grant you any rights or licenses in Baazi247 Sports’ proprietary materials, including images, trademarks, artwork, copy, information, data, knowledge, computer software, or any other material.
• No Sub-License: You are not permitted to enter into sublicenses or redistribution agreements with respect to any part of the Baazi247 Sports fantasy platform, including its content.
• Copyright Notices: The Baazi247 Sports fantasy platform, including its content, is protected by copyright laws and other intellectual property laws. You are required to abide by any additional copyright notices, information, or restrictions provided within the platform.

• No License to Baazi247 Sports Trademarks: Baazi247 Sports does not grant you any rights or licenses in its trademarks, tradenames, service marks, insignia, slogans, names, emblems, logos, symbols, designs, or other identifying characteristics.

You represent, warrant, and covenant that you will not upload, post, transmit, distribute, or publish any materials through the Baazi247 Sports fantasy platform that:

• Restrict or inhibit any other user from using the platform.
• Are unlawful, threatening, abusive, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, profane, or indecent.
• Constitute or encourage conduct that would violate the law.

• Contain viruses or other harmful components.

• The content made available through the platform.
• The materials, information, and functions accessible through the platform’s software.
• The platform’s ability to work with any client application.
• Any breach of security associated with the transmission of sensitive information through the platform.

Baazi247 Sports does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free functionality and does not warrant the absence of viruses or harmful components. The legality of your activities on the platform is your responsibility, and Baazi247 Sports disclaims any warranties related to the lawfulness of your actions.

You waive the right to a trial and agree to settle any controversies or claims arising from this agreement or the Baazi247 Sports fantasy platform through binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis, and claims may not be consolidated with those of other parties. The arbitration shall take place in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

We may, from time to time, expand or reduce Our business and this may involve the sale and/or the transfer of control of all or part of Our business. Any personal data that you have provided will, where it is relevant to any part of Our business that is being transferred, be transferred along with that part and the new owner or newly controlling party will, under the terms of this Privacy Policy, be permitted to use that data only for the same purposes for which it was originally collected by Us.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement and its interpretation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflicts of laws rules. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for any matters not subject to arbitration.

11. Miscellaneous

This agreement represents the entire agreement between you and Baazi247 Sports regarding the use of the Baazi247 Sports fantasy platform, superseding any prior written or oral agreements. Headings are provided for convenience and do not define or limit the scope of the agreement. The rule of construction against the drafter does not apply to this agreement. If any provision of this agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity or effect of other provisions.
